High Standard Elevator Rails

Elevator guide rails are one of the most critical components of an elevator system. They ensure that the elevator car moves smoothly and stably in a fixed direction during its up-and-down movement. These rails are vital for the safe and comfortable operation of the elevator. Especially A type elevator guide rails provide a widely preferred solution for elevators operating at low and medium speeds.

Type A elevator guide rails are produced by cold drawing, which is one of the metal forming methods. In this production process, the material is shaped without applying heat, that is, while it is cold. The cold drawing method provides high strength to the material, while also providing lower energy consumption. This method allows for less waste material generation while minimizing environmental impact, which is an important advantage in terms of sustainable production.

A type rails have a long life due to their high strength and require less maintenance. When installed correctly, these rails provide years of trouble-free performance in the elevator system. They also play a role in providing speed control for elevator safety; they prevent sudden speed changes in the cabin in emergency situations, ensuring safe travel.

A type elevator guide rails are an ideal choice for both engineers and elevator users with their durability, safety and environmentally friendly production processes.
